Light up the Sky
An afternoon of sublime music by Norwegian composer Ola Gjeilo. Under the direction of conductor Sarah Mills Menogue, and featuring the inimitable Darlington Quartet, the Perth Undergraduate Choral Society and the Barnabas Singers joined forces for this moving performance.
From the haunting beauty of Northern Lights and the drama of Dark Night of the Soul to the beauty of the Sunrise Mass, listeners were carried from the heavens to the earth. Performed in the beautiful Wesley Church in the heart of the city.

Featuring a rarely performed Oratorium by the prodigious musician and composer, Fanny Mendelssohn (sister to composer Felix Mendelssohn), and other great choral works including Vivaldi’s Gloria and some much loved Christmas carols, this concert is a festive season must-see. Pack a picnic and join the choir following the performance by the Reflection Pond for more music, fun and festivities.
